How can I make an annual family keepsake that will become our Christmas memories?

Our Christmas Memories Tree Trunk Style

Each year cut a thin piece off the trunk of your tree. Sand both sides and adhere a family photo, a special picture from a card, or some other memorable item. Be sure to include the date. Shellac for preservation and either display these in a basket near the fireplace or make them into ornaments. These are sure to become treasured keepsakes and will create lasting Christmas memories.
