August 3, 2007, Newsletter Issue #175: Christmas Cookie Recipes and Baking Tips

Tip of the Week

There are a couple of ways to save time when baking large quantities of Christmas cookies. 1. Set aside two separate days for the tasks. One day mix all the doughs then refrigerate or freeze. The next day do all of the baking. 2. Make cookies that store well in advance then freeze them. Thaw right before Christmas celebrations.
