January 10, 2003, Newsletter Issue #94: Cookie Wreaths

Tip of the Week

To make cookie wreaths: After cutting out your cookies with cookie cutters, instead of separating them on your baking trays, overlap them forming a circle. Try using various shapes. Stars, bells, and Christmas trees all work nicely. Decorating these might be a bit more tedious, so if you´re going for a professional look you might want to make your wreaths smaller to save some time. You could also shellac these and use them as decorations, just be sure not to eat them if you do!
