No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies for Christmas

For sweet Christmas cookie recipes, try this Christmas dessert: 2 cups of sugar 4 Tablespoons of Cocoa 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup of milk Pinch of salt 1/2 cup of peanut butter 1 Teaspoon of vanilla 3 cups of quick cooking oats 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional) In a large saucepan, bring sugar, cocoa, butter, milk and salt to a boil. Stirring constantly, hard boil for 30 seconds. Allow to cool then add peanut butter, vanilla, oats and nuts, mixing well. Drop rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheets lined with waxed paper. Chill and enjoy!
