Make Christmas Crafts of Toy Soldiers

Made from terra cotta pots, these toy soldiers make perfect Christmas crafts for indoors or outdoors. The largest size pot available works best for outdoors. You'll need: -Five pots -Paint (black, blue, red, white, gold metallic) -Gold braid -Glue or apoxy -Shellac 1. Paint the different pots according to the model in the picture. Let dry at least overnight. 2. Glue the pots together, end to end, to form the soldier. 3. Shellac. 4. Glue gold braid/tassle into the hole in the top of the soldier's hat.
