Hot cocoa is a perfect treat for the holidays, or any winter day. Instant cocoa can be just as good as homemade and it saves time. For a richer, creamier cup of instant cocoa, try using half milk, half water. For extra-creamy cocoa, use all milk and leave out the water. To add a holiday touch, stick a peppermint stick or candy cane in the mug just before serving.
